Mental Health Services

We provide support for students experiencing personal, physical or emotional difficulties. Our Stepped Care model offers a range of short-term counselling and therapy services, as well as appropriate referrals to the community. We also offer self-help resources, single session supports, distress drop-ins, group therapy, peer support and workshops.

If you would like some help navigating your choices, book an intake session with our Mental Health and Wellness Facilitators.

If you are in distress and would like information about what resources you can access, review the distress flowchart to help find the support that will be most helpful for your situation.
