Shawenjigewining Hall, Atrium

As final exams approach, it's time to take a paws and recharge before the stress hits! Join the OTSU and Health Promotions for a relaxing and rejuvenating event designed to help you unwind and de-stress before the big exams.

Come meet the Sunshine Therapy Dogs who are trained to provide comfort, cuddles nand a much-needed break from your study grind. Research shows that spending time with therapy animals can lower stress and boost mental well-being, so take a moment for yourself and enjoy some furry stress relief!

In addition to spending time with these adorable canine companions, you can visit the Peer Wellness Educators at the Stress Busters table to build your own exam stress kit. You’ll also learn how you can be entered into a draw for one of three ultimate stress-busting prize packs.

Tuesday, November 25 | 2 to 3 p.m.
Fireside Reading Room (north campus library)

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own mini indoor garden, perfect for a dorm room or small space. You’ll plant microgreen seeds for nutrient-packed superfoods that grow fast and add a healthy boost to any meal. Plus, learn about the mental health benefits of gardening, from stress relief to mindfulness. No green thumb required, just bring yourself and get ready to grow!
